Restaurants, Bistros and Eating Out
You can find the cuisines of the world just by walking down one street... Brighton has more restaurants per capita than anywhere in the UK outside of London. Thus, the competition and therefore the imagination. We list just a few of our favourites... Do, please, let us know if you've enjoyed your meal somewhere and think we should review the restaurant.

Newick Park
The most delicious of locally sourced and organically produced ingredients feature highly on themenu at Newick Park's triple AA rosette restaurant. Many of the fruit and vegetables come from the estate's own walled gardens and game is reared on the estate too, featuring during the winter months. It's no wonder that the restaurant is ranked in the top ten percent of restaurants in Great Britain and Ireland. Ockenden Manor
One of South East England's finest restaurants, Ockenden Manor is Michelin Star quality where only top notch ingredients are used and wherever possible are sourced locally and cooked simply to let the natural flavours speak for themselves. The Dishes are very British with French and European influences and changed often to reflect the fresh seasonal produce used. We also love the gastronomic challenge of the seven course Tasting Menu - designed for groups to share and savour a selection of dishes for each course.
